History: Part 8: Gospels
Sunday, August 11, 2013 :: Brian Lightsey

People often say, “I wish I understood the Bible better. I don’t know how it all fits together.” If you've ever said this, then this summer’s sermon series, History, is for you! Pack your bags and buckle your seatbelts! This summer we're going on a road trip. We're going to travel to three different continents, cover 1,500 years of time, meet over 40 people, and witness many famous historical events. Hold on tight! We’re going through all 66 books of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, and see how the whole Bible fits together.

We will see His Story—the story of God—from beginning to end. Once we see the book in its entirety, understand its flow, and see how it all fits together, then we will be able to better comprehend what it is saying to us today about what God is doing in our world and how we can join him!
