Thank you to all who helped with flooding cleanup so far! Thank you for showing the love and care of Jesus to your neighbors.

WAYS TO HELP

The work is far from over! Here's a few ways you can continue to help:

PRAY

Pray for the devastating loss and heartache that many in the community are suffering. Pray for the safety of those struggling, as well as hope for the families still searching for or have lost loved ones. Pray against our adversary, who shows no mercy even in darkest times. Pray for the safety, strength, and encouragement for the many helpers, both professional and volunteers. Pray the love of Jesus shines through his church.

DONATE

If you would like to donate to help provide relief for the victims of this flooding, donate to our trusted disaster relief partner, Austin Disaster Relief Network: https://adrn.org/centraltexasflood/

LIFE CHURCH PROJECTS

This week we are working with two elementary schools and another church to host a one-day Kids’ camp at Life Church on Saturday, August 2nd. The camp will offer a time of fun for the kids who were affected by the flooding at Sandy Creek, and a time of respite for the parents of these children.  Because of great community support, there are no material or volunteer needs at this time. But stay posted as this may change.

AUSTIN DISASTER RELIEF NETWORK (ADRN) CLEAN UP PROJECTS
ADRN Has been entrusted by Travis County Office of Emergency Management to coordinate volunteer Mobilization at the hardest hit area near our community, Sandy Creek. A tremendous number of volunteers are needed to help provide Relief on a regular basis throughout the week and weekend. There are both labor and administrative positions available. Please use this form to sign up directly with Austin Disaster Relief Network.  After you sign up ADRN will send follow-up communication  on where to meet, what to bring, etc. (***NOTE: You do NOT need to meet at Life Church first. Head straight to where ADRN directs you***)
