Literacy Reading Partner

Did you know that if Child can learn to read well by the third grade, this dramatically improves their likelihood for educational success?
That’s why the Literacy Reading Partners program exists. It’s a Christ-based program that partners volunteers from the community to read with a child who is struggling with literacy for Just 15 minutes a week throughout the school year. Studies are showing this is already making a huge difference in the graduation rates at our district!!
Life Church directly sponsors Mason, Pleasant Hill, and Tarvin Elementary Schools, and we’d love to see you involved there, but you can sign up for any LISD school near your home, workplace, or school location that is convenient for you.
