Welcome to Mom2Mom, a nurturing and scripture-centered mom group at LIFE Church, dedicated to supporting and empowering mothers on their Christian journey of motherhood. Gather with us on Fridays, beginning January 12th, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, as we delve into the teachings of the Bible and find inspiration in God’s word to navigate the joys and challenges of raising children.
To ensure all moms can participate wholeheartedly, we provide child care for little ones aged 0 to 5 years old. With peace of mind, you can engage fully in our gatherings, knowing your children are being cared for in a loving environment.
Wherever you are in your journey of motherhood, whatever age or stage your kids are in, ALL moms are welcome at Mom2Mom. We invite you to join our loving community as we explore the depths of motherhood and faith, forging lasting connections with fellow moms and growing in our relationship with God.

FAQs
How much does Mom2Mom cost?
Registration for Mom2Mom is $50/semester. We will open up another registration in January for the 2nd semester. If you or anyone you know needs assistance in paying the year (we don’t want to turn anyone down) please reach out to Stephanie Garcia (512-663-9254), one of our Mom2Mom Coordinators to request a scholarship. We would love to work with you.
When and where will we meet?
Mom2Mom is held on Fridays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, following the Leander ISD school schedule. We will meet in the Student Auditorium in Building B of LIFE Church. Our spring kickoff meeting will be January 12th, 2024.
What will we do at Mom2Mom?
Most weeks we will have a small, brunch-like spread, engage with each other in a fun warm-up game, watch a short video series via RightNow Media and then have a table discussion with other moms. About once a month we will have a speaker visit our group to discuss topics such as how to teach your children about the bible at home, play-based childhood learning, home organization and more.
What if I can’t make it every Friday?
That’s okay! As moms, we all know that life is busy. Since we meet weekly, you can catch up on the missed video from our series at home via your RightNow Media app and join us the next week.
I have a homeschooled child, can I still sign up?
Of course! We will only have childcare for children ages 0 to 5 years old but we will have some opportunities for older, school aged children to assist teachers in the classrooms. Please reach out to Taylor Elrod (Taylor.elrod@yourlifechurch.org) for more information.
I won’t be bringing any children with me, can I still sign up?
Definitely! If your children are in school or you have other childcare, you are also welcome to join us!
What if I am told that my child is on the childcare waitlist?
Mom2Mom will provide childcare for children 0 to 5 years old. We will only have a set number of spots available and will have to put children on a waitlist once they fill up. You are still welcome to join us if your child is on the waitlist but you will need to find childcare elsewhere until a spot is available.
What if need to withdraw from Mom2Mom?
If you are moving or have to step away from Mom2Mom, although the registration fee is non-refundable, we hope that you will notify us as soon as possible. We will have limited childcare and would be able to offer an open childcare spot to another mom with a child on the waitlist.
