Baptisms are a way to publicly proclaim that Jesus is Lord and Savior. It’s an outward expression of an inward transformation that has already taken place. Baptism does not save you, but visually testifies that our old life and sin-nature have been put to death because of Christ’s sacrificial and redemptive work on the cross. Life change happens best in relationships. Meeting regularly with others in FPU will give you the encouragement you need to make progress on setting a budget, eliminating debt, saving for the future, and more! Join a 9-week class the church offers or form your own group with family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers!

A Parent and Child Dedication is a ceremony where parents make commitments to give their children to the Lord. We do not baptize young children at Life Church because baptism is a ceremony for those old enough to intentionally believe in Jesus Christ. However, we do have a Parent and Child Dedication a few times a year where parents have the opportunity to dedicate themselves to raising their child in a Christian home and partnering with the church in the discipleship of their child.

If so, Celebrate Recovery is a safe place for you to find freedom, hope, and healing. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered program that gives people the resources and relationships to recover from life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups. The program focuses on fellowship and walks participants through the Eight Recovery Principles found in the Beatitudes, along with the Christ-Centered Twelve Steps, to experience God’s healing power in their lives.
