Global Missions
If you would like additional information for any of these efforts or would like more information on how to get plugged into one, please contact: missions@yourlifechurch.org.
You can also see what short term missions trips we have planned here.
Life Church is partnered with a ministry called, Diaspora Pathways. They have a strong focus on Refugees Ministry to people coming from neighboring countries which are often closed to the Gospel message. Through evangelism, they share the message of the gospel with those they encounter. Through discipleship, they walk with others, helping them grow in their relationship with the Lord. Through acts of compassion, they help the impoverished by responding to physical and spiritual needs. And through training and support, they empower missions beyond the Greek borders to reach into countries, to many places that are closed to the Gospel message.
Life Church is partnered with Reciprocal Ministries International, an organization that has helped us to form a sister church relationship with Leglize Baptiste Church, in Chambellan, Haiti. Each year we take a week-long trip to visit our sister church. There are many different activities that we can participate in: Leadership training, ministry to the kids and youth, medical assistance trips, ladies tea time, men’s ministry time, construction projects, and much more. You can also financially sponsor a Child through the Hope for Kidz program, and if desired, even visit that child on one of our trips! If you would like to sponsor a child asociated with our sister church email hopeforkidz@yourlifechurch.org
Casas Por Cristo
Acuña Mexico, just 5 minutes south of the Del Rio Texas border, is a city of Mexico with many impoverished families living within and near its borders. Life Church partners with CPC to help build houses for families in need. No prior building experience is necessary, just a desire to serve the Lord and the people of Mexico.
Go Acuña
As part of our strategy to concentrate missions resources into Geographic and People-Group focus areas, Life Church refers people to an effort spearheaded by Hill Country Bible Church – Lakeline Campus, called Go Acuña. These teams partner with the local church in Acuña, Mexico. They provide medical/dental care to those in need and share the Gospel in an effort to help the Church grow and multiply within the colonias. The sign-up process differs from Life Church. Email missions@yourlifechurch.org for a link to sign up.
Thirst No More is a locally operated missions organization that works throughout Africa to provide clean water and the Gospel message to villages, schools, and churches. Our trips to Tanzania also allow us to empower and encourage local churches and ministry leaders.
