Taylor has been attending Life Church since 2019 and joined the staff in 2022. Has a degree in Early Childhood Education and specializes in behavior management. In 2005, RIE training, an approach focused on respectful parenting, teaching, and behavior management, and in 2025, earned her Behavior Specialist Coaching certification to deepen her understanding of positive behavior strategies and child development.

After becoming a mom, her passion for early childhood education grew even stronger. She has also served on a leadership team for Medicaid for Schools, leading a team to ensure districts remain compliant with student service requirements.

About her family: Taylor and her husband, Corey, live a lively life with their three daughters. Their oldest, Emma, is in college, serves as a Buddy volunteer, and plans to pursue a career in large animal veterinary medicine. Middle daughter Riley is a junior at Rouse High School, plays flag football and softball, and is pursuing a career as a DFO. Their youngest, Ella, is 6, full of personality, loves dressing up, and learning about God at church.

Taylor is a force to be reckoned with! She brings such tenacity and determination, but she also has such a kind, sweet spirit. We are so blessed to get to have her as our KDO Director!
